Cheesecake Factory Introduces Low-Cal, Full-Alcohol Cocktails

The Cheesecake Factory, a restaurant chain that built its reputation on desserts that largely consists of sugar, cream cheese, and eggs, is introducing a line of "skinny cocktails." The new drinks will contain half the calories of the restaurant's normal cocktails — about 150 calories — and will achieve this affect through the use of Splenda and some natural sweeteners, but they're not cutting any of the liquor. Hmm. Low calorie, indulgent alcohol? Sounds like someone read their 2011 trends lists.
