Noma by Danish chef René Redzepi was on just about every holiday cookbook list out there, so presumably there are a lot of people who are now the proud owners of a bunch of intimidating Scandinavian recipes. But apparently some of them aren't that bad! Blogger Carol Blymire tried some out, and though she had to make a couple substitutions, she even found one dish that only "took 15 minutes from start to finish to knock out." [WaPo]
