San Francisco's Rib Whip Truck Boasts On-Board Smoker

San Francisco food truck The Rib Whip claims to be the country's first food truck with an on-board smoker — owner Ryan Gessel has installed a digital Southern Pride smoker inside the truck. As Gessel is from St. Louis, they'll be serving up Midwestern style ribs in addition to pulled pork and beef brisket. Additionally, Gessel plans on hosting dinner-and-a-movie nights in which he projects films from the trailer onto a nearby building.
