Montreal chef Martin Picard will not cook a planned dinner at the Canadian Museum of Civilization after organizers agreed to remove foie gras from the menu after being "pressured by animal-rights activists." Picard's restaurants, Au Pied de Cochon and Cabane à Sucre, are said to serve more foie gras than any other restaurant in North America. [CTV, Ottawa Citizen]
