Washington DC chef José Andrés was on The Today Show this morning, making some apple dishes with co-host Matt Lauer and talking about his participation in the Science and Cooking lecture series at Harvard. He trips over his English at one point, asking the viewers at home to "see the smell." Which is actually kind of all you can do through a TV anyway? In any case, the whole cast comes on at the end and everyone thinks Andrés is hilarious and charming and, as Matt Lauer says, "Harvard will never be the same."
