You can add New York City sandwich shop Cer Te to the growing list of restaurants that are totally cool with their "B" grade from the DOH. They even made it into a festive window display, proclaiming that their restaurant is the "BEST." Now we await someone to promote their "A" with an "AWESOME." [WSJ]
