Here's a video clip from last night's premiere of Top Chef Just Desserts, in which Zac Young (executive pastry chef at Flex Mussels in New York) uses "disco dust," or edible glitter, as a finishing touch on his Chocolat Fondant "Brownie Sundae." He explained, "I can't do anything without a deep fryer and a little glitter." Said judge Dannielle Kyrillos, "You can taste the disco."
