New, 2 comments

michelle-obama-black-caucus.jpgFirst lady Michelle Obama spoke at the Congressional Black Caucus Conference about childhood obesity, and announced a program called Communities Putting Prevention to Work. The program will provide communities with a portion of $31 million in grants to make infrastructure changes, because, as Obama said, "Childhood obesity isn't some simple, discrete issue...Rather, it's an issue that touches on every aspect of how we live and how we work."
