Chicago chef Grant Achatz edited a gallery of stunning photography for Life entitled "Decoding Molecular Gastronomy." Featuring dishes from Heston Blumenthal's The Fat Duck, Yoshiaki Takazawa's Aronia de Takazawa, Wylie Dufresne's wd-50, Ferran Adrià's elBulli and his own Alinea, the photos represent "the most spectacular, most mind-bending dishes at some of the world's best restaurants."
