Critic John Kessler Returns to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution

John Kessler, the once and future restaurant reviewer for the The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, has announced his return to the paper as principal restaurant critic this Friday after an absence of almost six years. Despite the use of the almost-standard image of cartoon restaurant critic Anton Ego instead of a photograph on his announcement post, it does not appear that Kessler is trying to maintain his anonymity. He uses his photograph on his Twitter account and it's fairly easy to find additional images online.

Kessler will also be heading up a team of "bloggers/reviewers" who hope to produce two starred reviews per week in addition to increasing coverage of the Atlanta metropolitan area.
