José Andrés is opening two restaurants in Las Vegas soon: a new location for his DC-based tapas restaurant Jaleo, and an until-now unnamed Mexican/Chinese concept, China Poblano. The latter will open in the Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas hotel/casino on December 15 with interiors by design firm SEED. [LAT]
