gwyneth-paltrow-cookbook-150.jpgIn the June issue of Vogue, author Jeffrey Steingarten profiles actress and GOOP owner Gwyneth Paltrow, whose new cookbook, My Father's Daughter, comes out in April (the online version is just a preview). The cookbook contains American comfort food, like french fries, pizza and corn chowder, and a more relaxed outlook that you might expect from someone who used to be on a macrobiotic diet and ended up with a severe Vitamin D deficiency: "Drink while you cook. Make it fun. It doesn't have to be complicated. It will be what it will be." [Vogue]
