Food Art

princess-di-jam-150.jpgA surrealist art show at London's Barbican Art Gallery features a jar of jam made from what is supposedly the late Princess Diana's hair. Made by "food architect" Sam Bompas, the clipping was soaked in gin and combined with milk and sugar "to create a product with a taste resembling condensed milk." Bompas purchased the clipping off Ebay. [AP]
