Dairy Queen is suing California/Nevada frozen yogurt chain Yogubliz, claiming that their Blizzberry and Blizz Frozen Yogurt products have names that are too similar to DQ's Blizzard. They claim Yogublizz is causing "irreparable damage" to the frozen treat's market, which generates $750 million per year. That's a lot of soft serve. [NYDN via Consumerist]
