Earlier this week, Twitter parodybot RuthBourdain called chef Eric Ripert to task for using the acronym EVOO, saying "Don't fucking go Rachael Ray on me." Well it appears as though Ripert has found the "right poetry" to abbreviate "extra virgin olive oil" so that it may fit in the 140 character limitations of Twitter while not referencing Ms. Ray: "EVOoil."
