Though the paint is barely dry on Morimoto Napa, Eater LA gets the scoop on Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto's upcoming restaurant in Hollywood called Live, and it's pretty epic: a 10,000 square foot, two-floor restaurant with an open kitchen. More significantly, it marks Morimoto's first non-sushi non-Japanese concept to date: "He plans to serve simple, affordable 'market cuisine' that centers around a live, custom-built Brazilian-style rotisserie and grill with a full-on wood burning oven."
