Fergus Henderson and a Giant Sausage Cake by Duff Goldman

Here is a photo of celebrated chef Fergus Henderson of the St. John Restaurant in London with an enormous cake made to look like a sausage ("a St. John tribute cake") made by Duff Goldman of Charm City Cakes and the television show Ace of Cakes. Presumably it will air in a future episode? The St. John Restaurant tweets: "Cake stats: 40 lbs sugar, 30 packs of butter, 'some flour', a lot of rice krispies. We're now all hyper and passing out."
