Cinnabon, the 570-unit cinnamon roll-making chain is going to reinvent itself as a bakery-café concept. Changes include egg sandwiches in the morning (because shopping malls are full of people at 8 AM), a "renewed beverage program" which means espresso-based beverages (how contemporary!), and panini-type sandwiches for lunch (how chic!).
