HarperCollins imprint Ecco, which publishes books by Anthony Bourdain and Mario Batali, is expanding its cookbook program with seven new titles coming out next year. Included: American Flavors, by chef Andrew Carmellini (of New York's Locanda Verde) and Gwen Hyman, and A Girl and Her Pig from New York chef April Bloomfield of The Spotted Pig and The Breslin. [PW]
