New York Senator Chuck Schumer has asked the FTC to look into the marketing practices of flavored caffeinated malt liquor drinks, which he says are aimed at kids. The drinks cost two dollars a pop, come in flavors like watermelon and blue raspberry, and, according to one 16-year-old fan, "the alcohol makes you feel smooth and the caffeine makes you jittery." They must be aimed at teenagers, no one else would be able to handle the hangover you'd get from something like that. [NYDN]
