Stephanie Izard's New Restaurant Girl & the Goat Gets 700 Reservations in One Hour

Top Chef season 4 winner Stephanie Izard's new restaurant Girl & the Goat opens tonight, and Chicago has gone totally nuts with excitement. This morning, when the phone lines opened to accept reservations at 10 AM, they were flooded with calls to the tune of 700 reservations in the first hour. The restaurant serves small plates and features house-made sausages and its own blend of wine (see the menu), which sounds great! If you can get a table.
