Ferran Adrià is somewhat of an indecisive man! First El Bulli was to close for two years, then it was to reopen as a non-profit academy for "advanced culinary study." The latest news is that it will hold "one long season" and not run according to its regular schedule (from June through December). Instead according the New York Times, "[a]fter the last meal of 2010, on December 20, the restaurant would take a brief pause and then reopen on January 15, 2011, and remain open until the end of July."
