The London Restaurant Festival announced its lineup of chefs for the London Eye dining experience, including Daniel Boulud and Gordon Ramsay, a series of dinners aboard the the 443-foot-tall Ferris wheel on the banks of the River Thames in Central London. For eleven nights (an increase from the six sold-out nights last year), one capsule will become a ten-seat dining room, completing one rotation for each course. Four courses, four rotations.

Each night a capsule will be helmed by a different chef, including Richard Corrigan (Corrigan's Mayfair), Georgio Locatelli (Locanda Locatelli), Tong Chee Hwee (Hakkasan), Francesco Mazzei (L'Anima), Gordon Ramsay (Restaurant Gordon Ramsay), Joel Antunes (Brasserie Joel at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge), Atul Kochhar (Benares), Mark Hix (HIX), Gary Lee (The Ivy), Daniel Boulud (Bar Boulud), and Angela Hartnett (Murano).

Food won't be prepared on board, however, as "the chefs prepare the food nearby and serve a course as the Ferris wheel revolves," Bloomberg reported. And better move fast, since "each night is sold in advance to the highest bidder, with Ramsay's proceeds going to the charity StreetSmart." Last year the Gordon Ramsay night was auctioned off for £23,000 ($33,000).

So far every night is available except for Angela Hartnett's.
