Anna Weinberg and Jennifer Puccio, owner/operator and chef (respectively) of the SF restaurant Marlowe file a post about managing their restaurant's online reputation by obsessively reading sites like Yelp and OpenTable for customer feedback.
A troll left a nasty comment on their YouTube press release calling the "service horrible, food nasty, waitress uppity..." and when confronted (nicely) by Weinberg and Puccio, the commenter fessed up and apologized, "i've never been to marlowe. i was just being a miserable asshole like many douches who surf around youtube. best of luck with your new venture and so sorry."
