Salt, Sugar, Fat: NYT Reporter Michael Moss Gets a Book Deal

According to Publishers Marketplace, Pulitzer prize-winning New York Times investigative reporter Michael Moss landed a book deal with Random House for Salt, Sugar, Fat, "an inside look at processed food." It'll likely be an important but total bummer of a book. Moss recently wrote that Times piece on the salt industry's attempts to fend off public-health attacks.
