The account is definitely not fake, as it's confirmed by Keller's PR rep who told us that "Regular postings will encompass a range of topics, from new updates and offerings within his restaurants; to up-to-date news on the Bocuse d'Or Team USA; to seasonal ingredient recommendations and more." Which probably means he personally won't be doing much tweeting, leaving it to more capable PR hands. But who knows?
