Publishers Marketplace reports that vegetarian cookbook author and James Beard Hall-of-Famer Mollie Katzen has signed a deal with Houghton Mifflin to create "the definitive, illustrated guide to making easy, elegant food that puts vegetables front and center." The book is an outcome of Katzen's work with Harvard's dining services, where she consults on vegetarian meals. This one could be Katzen's masterwork. [PM]
