Josh Ozersky visits Daniel Boulud in The Skybox, his elevated office at his restaurant Daniel in New York, from which Boulud keeps a watchful eye over his kitchen. Boulud gives an aerial tour of the kitchen, which uses the traditional French brigade system. Ozersky calls the office "the summit of gastronomy, as far as American's concerned." [ozersky.tv]
