Susur Lee's Lusty Dessert on Top Chef Masters

On last night's episode of Top Chef Masters, tasked to create a dish with peanut butter, chocolate, and lust, the highly-skilled chef Susur Lee made a dessert: Chocolate mousse infused with coriander seeds, with a caramel-peanut butter mousse, chocolate crumble mixed with edible gold leaf. With a tuile and raspberry puree. Sounds, er, delicious!

It doesn't come close to the craziness that was the Marge Simpson dish he made a couple of episodes back, but here he took the "lust" component a little too literally, making a dish that according to the diners looked "somewhat like a vagina." While it's difficult to tell from the screenshots, he admitted to the triangle "almost looks like a pair of thongs," but you be the judge.
