New Orleans chef John Besh's new show Inedible to Incredible premieres tonight at 10 PM on TLC. The program, modeled after TLC's What Not to Wear, follows Besh as he teaches the culinarily-challenged to cook. His first assignment: helping a woman whose repertoire includes "strawberry-and-cornflake-infused hamburgers, milkshake-style veggie dishes [and] overcooked steaks." Ew. [USA Today, official site]
