At this year's Wisconsin State Fair, August 5-15, the sandwich shop Cousins Subs has a new creation or "delicacy" as they call it: Deep-Fried Cheese Steak on a Stick. We'll let them describe it: "a tasty bread dough stuffed with steak, sauteed onions and cheese, then deep fried and served piping hot with a tangy, special-recipe dipping sauce." Three dollars!
