Meanwhile in England, a chef at the Star Inn at Harome, North Yorkshire, one of Britain’s top restaurants, was arrested for torturing his fellow employees for allegedly setting a coworker's trousers on fire with a blow torch and beating him with a rolling pin. The same man alleges he saw another chef "being punished by being held aloft by his legs and having his head dunked in a vat of lukewarm broccoli and Stilton soup which was later served to guests."
