The internet last week was abuzz over sushi in a tube — Sushi Poppers — sort of a Push-Up pop but instead with rice, seaweed, and fish. Delivered frozen, one of the inventors told AOL that "It took thousands of hours to develop something to hold the sushi, to make sure it pushes up correctly and make sure the soy sauce doesn't leak."
