Taking inspiration from KFC's Double Down, the Schnitzel & Things truck in New York City created the Schnitzel Down: a sandwich that uses a chicken schnitzel instead of a bun. And no fatigue yet, for yesterday they were sold out by noon. [Midtown Lunch]
