A Visit to Mast Brothers Chocolate by Cool Hunting

Cool Hunting posted a great four-minute video featuring a visit to the Mast Brothers' bean-to-bar chocolate factory in Brooklyn. The chocolatiers, Rick and Michael Mast, show off their intensive small-batch process and share some of their chocolate philosophy: "To really reach the potential of chocolate... to take that cocoa been and reach that flavor potential, it has to be done small... There's no magic to it: Once you get the best beans, you get the best product."
