VBS.TV's "Munchies" With Andrew Carmellini

VBS.TV released their latest "Munchies" video featuring New York City chef Andrew Carmellini (Locanda Verde), and it involves a lot of drinking, swearing, and self-reflection:

I worked for a lot of assholes before, a lot of bastards... The first bunch of years I was the chef guy, it's a lot of pressure. I was kind of a jerk, but I felt I had to be that way because a lot of my mentors before were kind of like that way. It took me probably like three or four years to realize that you don't have to be super-stressed out, and you can still be intense and still make the food you want.
