Have you been following the passion for pork during this year’s regional Cochon 555
competition and are craving for more? The celebration of its finale event, Grand Cochon,
presented by Le Creuset, is set for June 17 at the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen.

Get your tickets here for closing party festivities as winners from the 10-city competition and tasting tour, including “Iron Chef” Marc Forgione (NYC), CIA instructor Lars Kronmark (Napa, Calif.), 2009 FOOD & WINE Best New Chef nominee Kelly English (Memphis, Tenn.)
and Michelle Bernstein (Miami), will prepare an original “snout-to-tail” menu created from
heritage breed pigs.

Tickets for Grand Cochon, presented by Le Creuset, are $150 for general admission. VIP tickets for $200 include early access, private tasting of reserve wines, artisan cheeses, oysters and Black River Caviar. Attendees do not need a FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen pass to attend.
