An Irish pub in NYC is converting its second floor into an unemployment center for Irish immigrants. The owner of O'Casey's says that aside from being a great place for expats from Ireland to build contacts, he plans on using his restaurant world connections to help put the unemployed crew into paying jobs: "We are not guaranteeing work, but we will place them in the right direction."
