The White House released the official dinner menu for last night's State Dinner in honor of Mexico's President Felipe Calderón: created by chef Rick Bayless in consultation with Executive Chef Cristeta Comerford, the menu included "Oregon Wagyu Beef in Oaxacan Black Mole" and used some produce from the White House Kitchen Garden.
