The AP published the recipe to chef Rick Bayless' signature dish, Oaxacan Black Mole With Braised Chicken that he made at the White House for yesterday's state dinner. And as he says, "It's a really laborious thing," because it takes days to make from scratch and uses more than 20 ingredients, including Chilhuacle chiles that are impossible to get unless you're in Oaxaca, and "even then they're sometimes hard to obtain." So good luck! [AP]
