To celebrate the 25th successive annual award of three Michelin stars to the Waterside Inn in England, chef/owners father and son Michel and Alain Roux invited every UK chef in possession of a Michelin star, 140 in total, including Heston Blumenthal, Raymond Blanc, and Marcus Wareing. The menu was a 25-course affair, "one for each year of the brothers' gastronomic excellence." [Independent]
