33 shiny red dispensers that look like soft drink vending machines have been installed across Moscow in government ministries and upscale office blocks, reports the Telegraph without running a single photograph of the vending machines in question. "The machine dispenses tins and glass jars full of red salmon caviar or roe, in varying portion sizes, costing from the equivalent of about £3.50 up to £15." [Telegraph]
