The Canadian version of Top Chef has finally cast its Tom Colicchio: Mark McEwan. The chef owns a string of restaurants in Toronto, including ONE and North 44, and hosts a reality show based around his restaurants called The Heat with Mark McEwan, which is currently in its third season on Food Network Canada. No word yet on who the Canadian Padma will be. [Food Network Canada]
