The Food Network just posted two preview videos of the upcoming season of the Next Food Network Star. And it doesn't like very much has changed from previous seasons: there's crying, Paula Deen, more crying, and Guy Fieri. In the video, senior statesman Bobby Flay confesses to the other judges: "I'm so irritated right now."
