Just a day after his Fat Duck was named the third best restaurant in the world on the prestigious S. Pellegrino list, British chef Heston Blumenthal announced that his next project will be a nearby pub called the Crown. He says about the new project: "I just haven’t made up my mind what to do yet, though I’m not going to turn it into Bray’s first lap-dancing bar or anything like that.
