Apparently there's this new scam called date-robbery in which women spike unsuspecting men's drinks in bars and then rob them. "Definitely violated and vulnerable," says a Miami man who woke up at 2PM the next day with his Cartier Roadster watch and $15,000 dollars in cash missing. There's even surveillance video of the women suspected of shopping with the guy's credit cards. It's happened at least ten times in the last six weeks in the South Florida area, and the Today Show, citing other instances of date-robbery across the country, calls it a trend. That'll show you to wear a watch!
