New York magazine's restaurant critic Adam Platt has never been one to take his anonymity as a critic too seriously. For one thing, the man is a giant, pretty much impossible to miss. But he's been even more cavalier with his Twitter account, sending hints, making notes on the scene, and complaining about the size of his chair.
