After the release of the annual S. Pellegrino "World's 50 Best Restaurants" list, The Guardian posted a couple of pretty revealing videos of journalist and Top Chef Masters judge Jay Rayner interviewing the #3 best restaurant winner Heston Blumenthal and the #1 best restaurant winner René Redzepi. Because of his highly local, Nordic cuisine, Redzepi says that people used to call him "seal fucker." But, he says, "that's in the past." [Guardian]
