When El Bulli closes for two years in 2012, what will be the next “best restaurant in the world”? Time magazine thinks it will be L'Enclume, Simon Rogan’s restaurant in Lake District, England. The menu seems equally as devoted to high molecular gastronomy as Ferran Adrià's, all the ingredients come from a nearby farm the chef owns, and a four-hour, multi-course meal costs $115 per person without wine.
