The May issue of Chicago Magazine (on stands today, nothing online yet) proclaimed five-year-old Alinea to be the best restaurant in Chicago's history, ever. To which Grant Achatz tweeted: "Wow-This is pretty crazy and unbelievable." Coming in at #3 is Charlie Trotter's and #4 is Rick Bayless' Frontera Grill and Topolobampo.
